I had this on my Note 20 Ultra 5G but after the next update it disappeared. It could be a software or hardware issue.

Then it's a hardware issue. I recommend you bring it to the nearest Authorized Service Center or being an S series yiu can have it picked up.

I was advised to have screen replaced and it is too costly
