Galaxy SHi all,
I’m a full-time student using a Galaxy S21 FE. I had my screen replaced at a Samsung Service Centre (Malaysia) around 14 months ago because of green vertical line appear on my screen. Sadly, the same issue has returned — a green vertical line suddenly appeared on the screen again.
Honestly, I’m really frustrated and not enjoying this at all. I chose official repair to avoid issues like this, but it’s happening again. It’s stressful, and it’s making me lose trust in Samsung’s repair quality and screen durability.
To samsung, I hoping they can help with a goodwill repair or at least a discount. As a student, I can’t afford another replacement.
Has anyone here experienced the same thing after an official repair? Did Samsung help you even after repair warranty ended?
Would appreciate any advice, support, or shared stories 🙏 Thanks.
