Hello everyone,

My phone is Galaxy S22+. It was working just fine. Suddenly I woke up to a vertical green line on my screen. I saw Samsung India doing free screen replacement, but not Malaysia? What's up with the double standards?

Now, I tried reset my phone and format it. Doesn't help anything. But need to pay RM700 for a screen I didn't broke seems unfair.

Yup. Saw Sansung India giving free screen replacement. It seems unfair that one has to create uproar before Samsung act on it. My Samsung s21FE had green line appearing just after the 1 Yr warranty. 🔥 How about replacing screen as it's NOT normal wear and tear. Also It's NOT user's fault.

Replacement would cost rm700++. And warranty is only a month. Madness. I didn't replace. Another 2 lines appeared, so now go 3 lines. Got a new phone. 😬

Don't even bother going to the service center, they'll charge you RM80 for "diagnosis" and then ask for another RM700+ for the screen replacement. I'd advise you to just save up the money and get a new phone

My phone is S22+. My device came with vertical green line on my screen yesterday when my device in low battery condition after switching power saving. I've also chatted with the customer service to perform software updates and advise to factory reset. What causes this green line? There are many devices having the same issue and users are asking to pay in order to rectify the problem? IMG-20241124-WA0006_1000031366_1732459383.jpg

Same model same area affected. Let us log complaint to KPDN. I just change my LCD 2months ago. Then greenline appear. They tried to void my warranty due to straches and dents.
