Bring it to a Samsung Service Center. I hope Samsung will fix this issue with the Galaxy S20 series.

Yes, that's what the customer service said as well. I really hope they fix this issue because what if this will happen again next update.

I have thw same issue may kailangan po ba bayaran sa service center like diagnostic fee. Kc more 2 yrs na itong phone ko.

Hi! Last week nagpunta kami sa samsung store to inquire about repair service and sabi nila 20k yung babayaran for repair. Not sure pero yung ibang users is 12k lang ang binayaran and then yung iba naman nakakuha ng free of charge from the CEO.
