Green Line

I'm using S20+ , this morning when I on the phone suddenly there is a green line appeared on the screen . This phone never drop from a high place. Pls assist how to erase the green line because it is very irritating

hi luncai, go to any samsung authorized service centre before end of march and get them to replace the display for free. thing is u need to have a back up phone becoz u need to leave ur phone with them for 2-3 weeks. i just got my phone fixed. only for s20 series.

yes, for free but u need to go by end of march

i had 6 green lines and 1 pink. imagine my anguish. haha

I'm also having green line issue on my phone. Anyone else having the same issue and resolved?

S21 Ultra. 1 Yr plus plus device. 

The green line appeared all of the sudden!!!
When I ask around, they said it costs RM1,100 to change the screen. It's ridiculous!

I have been a Samsung fan. Previous Samsung models I used were all durable. 

I'm so disappointed this time. 

Is Samsung Malaysia offering free screen replacement like other countries?

I think no , the free replacement changing of LCD is meant for S20 and the programme was only until end of March 2023 .
