It looks like your Galaxy S21 Ultra has screen issues, possibly due to hardware damage (like a faulty display or loose connection) or software glitches. Here’s what you can try:

* Restart the Phone – A simple restart can sometimes fix temporary display glitches.

* Boot into Safe Mode – This will help determine if a third-party app is causing the issue. If the lines disappear in Safe Mode, an app might be the culprit.

* Check for Software Updates – Go to Settings > Software update and install any available updates.

* Run a Display Test – Dial *#0*# on the phone app to access the hardware test menu and check the screen.

* Reset Display Settings – Go to Settings > Display > Advanced settings and reset display preferences.

* Factory Reset (Last Resort) – If the issue persists, back up your data and perform a factory reset.

* Check for Physical Damage – If the phone was dropped or exposed to water, the screen might need repair.

If none of these work, you may need to visit a Samsung service center for a screen replacement.

I get how frustrating this must be, especially when you're on a tight budget. If your phone is still under warranty, you might be able to get a free repair or replacement from Samsung, especially if it's a manufacturing defect. Try checking with Samsung Support or visiting a service center to see if they can help.

If it's out of warranty, you could:

* Check for free repair programs (Samsung sometimes offers extended repair programs for known issues).

* Ask if a local repair shop offers student discounts or payment plans.

* Try DIY fixes (like checking for loose connections if you’re comfortable opening the phone).

* Sell/trade the phone for parts to help fund a replacement.

You're not alone in this—many people face similar struggles. Hang in there, and hopefully, you find a solution that works for you!

I have same problem. I ask 4 service center. All have to pay. This is a manufacturing defect that Samsung doesn't want to take responsibility. I just ordered Vivo phone on Lazada. No more Samsung.
