Green vertical line on my phone screen

Hi! I have an issue with my screen. There's suddenly a vertical green line in it. What could have caused this?

Hardware failure. Not limited to dropping. Could be due to pressure when in the jeans pocket. Or in the bag. Or it could be during sleep. Or tight cases. Also possible normal wear and tear. Best to visit service center to check your repair options.
