Green/White line issue.

Sana mapansin ito ng SCAMSUNG PH. lagi nyo nalang sinasabi na kaya nakaroon ng line issue dahil sa kapabayaan naman. Sana magising kayo na hindi sa end user ang problema kong hindi sa mga low qualiting unit na binibinta nyo, napakamahal tapos ganito lang mangyayari. Bakit sa ibang brand na hindi galing sa scamsung ang mga Oled screen wala naman issue na ganito? Kailangan namin ng hostisya dito Scamsung ph.

Sir with all due Respect, Samsung CEO will just charge people for repairs. I have asked the repair centers if there is any FOC screen replacements in the past year and wala naman. Wag na po magpaasa.

i know someone a s22u owner out of warranty yet samsung ceo help foc , hindi paasa just need to do your part again.

BOTH service center of sm north and megamall already told me that there has not been an FOC screen replacement for the longest time. CEO emailed me to say that may charges ang green line issues. you have been telling everyone to use CEO pero wala naman ata many success story.

Hindi lang naman Samsung ang may gantong issue. kahit nga Iphone meron din green line issue. ang problema dito eh yung warranty kasi madalas nangyayari beyond manufacturer's warranty na.
