Having an S24 ultra doesn't make any sense if I still can't get one ui7

That's true but a huge part of buying a flagship is the guaranteed first down updates...it's a flagship...I'm not sure what justification you may provide

I understand imagine when u reach into the second to third year n have to wait longer tbh once u get it u not gonna like it yes theirs improvements but some things changed to worse

I've used an iPhone before switching to the S24 ultra, but I'd rather have a Samsung every time it just *** that the update is taking so long we haven't had any major OS update in a while

That's not reassuring...that's actually a very disappointing customer service on Samsung....if that should be the case....not extending beta testing to the Caribbean and Latin America is one thing....and for us to to wait through beta testing I believe should be the limit of our patience....but when the stable version is available the Caribbean and Latin America should get timely updates (timely based on Software phasing in to avoid a crash) not delayed release....in fact this is not even delayed release (delayed would be...hello Caribbean and Latin America you were to get the update on the 14th, however we have discovered glitches in the software we apologize and will work to have the update available on ***) this is when we get to them we get to them...who cares....they maybe loyal but they lack infrastructure to support any form of real accountability so what the ***...let them wait....

I can tell you I definitely bought my S24U for the hardware and the updates. I would not spend $1300 on a phone with less than 4 years of updates. Samsung is slacking off!

Exactly! Especially knowing the A55 doesn't perform much different to the S24 Ultra with general use. I know this because I own and use both daily. So yea, I too bought my S24 Ultra for One UI and the updates, or else I'd buy something different.

Maybe the Caribbean and Latin America should just follow the US and embrace Apple and forget about Samsung....then you will hear the Caribbean and Latin America...#perhaps the most loyal Smasung users....nothing like Samsung for the Caribbean and Latin America...and yet....this is the reward of Samsung Loyalty
