PLEASE FIX the heating issue of your S21 Series devices! It is not right. We paid a big amount of money and chose your product instead of other brands, yet we Exynos users experience OVERHEATING ISSUES. This has been reported by alot of users, BUT no update has been made by your end. It is annoying that minimal usage of the phone makea it hot! My room is cold, airconditioned room, I even have a fan pointing towards my phone, but it still gets hot. This is not a cheap phone. S21 Ultra is expensive yet you cannot give us a good value for our money!

Hey there! Good day! As for your concern, this has long been escalated to higher management since we've noticed a handful of reports on this. Yet we're same as you are, waiting for a fix patch announcement from the HQ of Samsung itself. We extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused by such. 😫
Hope on the next update, this will be fixed. Because older Samsung phones does not experience this. Even my sister's Note 20 Ultra who uses pure data and watches YouTube and do lots of games doesn't exeprience overheating.
It will never be fixed, trust me, it's already been a year for us in s20 series and still got nothing, believe me, they'll just release a new one with a different chip model but with the same issues,
That's why I'm already thinking about switching to apple. Lucky me I don't have that issue on my S21 Ultra, but I'm afraid I won't have that luck again on my next samsung flagship purchase. Been there with that issue when I got my S10 last 2019.
I just hope that the promised performance of the next Exynos chipsets are going to be really great.
My S21 Ultra is now 3 months old, for the past months it does rarely get hot. But this week, I am a bit disappointed and worried, even by just using my phone to text or call someone, it gets a little hot. I am in an airconditioned room, so environment temp is not the cause for my phone's hot temp.
