Galaxy SBoot your device into recovery mode and wipe the cache - you do not lose anything by doing this
Shut off your device
Hold in on the power button and volume up buttons at the same time until you see something on your screen and your device usually vibrates
When you see or feel this release both keys
Use the volume up or down key to scroll through the list until wipe cache partition is highlighted
Use the power button to select this
Use the volume up or down key to highlight yes and power button to select
Your device should now be in the boot up normal setting so power button to accept and your device should boot up normally

Galaxy SHi KittyK-1,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues after the update — that definitely shouldn’t be happening.
Along with the steps Ray1 shared to wipe the cache partition, here are a few more things you can try:
Check Font and Display Settings: Sometimes updates reset or change font size and screen zoom. Go to Settings > Display > Font size and style, reset the font size, and ensure no custom fonts are applied. Then check Settings > Display > Screen zoom and adjust it back to default.
Clear Cache for Affected Apps: This helps if apps haven’t adapted properly after the update. Go to Settings > Apps > Facebook (or any affected app) > Storage > Clear Cache. If problems persist, you can also try Clear Data—just keep in mind you’ll need to log in again.
Update Your Apps: Open the Galaxy Store and Google Play Store and update all apps, especially Facebook.
Please let us know if these steps help resolve the issue.
Thank you, Ray1, for your helpful input.
