While Call Recording is Legal in Canada (one party must be aware that the call is being recorded), Samsung does NOT have Call Recording enabled in Canada.

Almost all of the Call Recording apps from the Play Store, do NOT work!

It's quite possible that the Call Recording app you downloaded, may be responsible for the other issues with your S21 FE.

Emails, if you are using Gmail, should still be on Google's Servers, unless you deleted them, but they should be in Gmail's Bin until you empty it.

You can try Clearing Cache & Data for your Messages app (I know that unless you delete texts from the app, they should still be on the Server, at least with Google Messages.

Call Recordings are another story, you won't be able to get any help from Samsung, or your Canadian Carrier.

Check to see if they are backed up to your cloud account?

I use Cubed ACR (Paid app), and it works for me, but they also advised because of how the Canadian laws are interpreted by the Play Store, it may not work if Uninstalled & Reinstalled.

So if the app you use for Call Recording, backs up the recordings, you MAY be able to recover them, other than that.. sorry but it does not look likely.

Samsung does have screen recorder, which will capture voice as well. No?

Never tried it for calls, not sure if it would record the other person's voice, but maybe?

Wouldn't help recover any lost recordings, (I know that you know that ☺️).

If screen recording could work, it would be a bit of a pain, as you would have to start the screen recording when you receive a call, easier I think if you are the one making the call, but still hoops to go through, for a function that is actually legal in Canada.

First clue, apps by "lucky" and contain ads are to be avoided.

Hasn't been updated in over a year.

This is the one I have.

It's "free to try", but it's $14.94 a year after.

With all the “nonsense” that we see here, that wouldn't have surprised me.😉
