Help~ Samsung keyboard missing symbols

My S24U samsung keyboard is missing some other symbols such as bullet point, star, spade etc.

As below is the symbols available in page 2: 

While below is the keyboard of note 20:

Need advice if this is the new change of latest version or there is some setting to change?

yea, just in case there are more characters.

is this themed keyboard? u can try reset the keyboard and see

It was already like this before i applied the themed keyboard. Anyhow have tried reset by clearing data and it worked! Thank you so much! 😄

I just found out that if this numbers key is disable then it won't show those star, spade etc symbols.
