Hi jojo6969, take a screenshot when those things popup. Then go to Gallery, check the screenshot filename. The file name contain the apps name. Uninstall the problem apps. Then you should be fine.

no in the second picture is the app name it's a system app and they won't let me uninstall it or disable it

I think use Samsung SmartSwitch do a full backup. Then, factory reset your phone. Then restote data.

yes I have shut it off in advanced features but the app still reads my messages and I constantly gets alerts saying the app is reading my messages

its not hacked its just new Samsung call and text feature just turn off in advanced features thats the apk for it.
