Galaxy SHi SammySung,
Thank you for sharing the screenshots. Here are a few steps you can try to enable data access for the Air Canada app:
In your screenshot, the options for Allow Background Data Usage and Allow Data Usage While Data Saver is On are both turned off. Try enabling both of these options to ensure the app can use mobile data, even in the background.
If you use Data Saver mode on your phone, it may restrict apps from using mobile data. Go to Settings > Connections > Data Usage > Data Saver and make sure that either Data Saver is off or that the Air Canada app is set as an exception.
If the issue persists, you can reset network settings, which sometimes helps with connectivity issues. Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This action will reset Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth settings, so you’ll need to reconnect to any saved Wi-Fi networks afterward.
After making these changes, please restart your device to ensure the settings take effect.
Thank you.
