My battery has been draining really fast and its only been a month and YES it is updated to the lastest firmware

Go into settings, device, battery and then scroll down to see what apps are using the most power. Clear the caches for those apps and then wipe the system cache partition.

Close all background apps first, and then check which ones are draining your battery the most. This was also happening to my S24 FE and it turned out to be an app in the background.
