I have an s23 ultra and it very well may be my last Samsung. It has been over 2 months since I got an update. I get there have been glitches and your trying to give us 6.1.1 but come on you charge premium prices for premium phones because we want the support that goes with it. Just give us the security update for Pete's sake forget about 6.1.1. This model always seems to be the one suffering from a lack of support what gives?

Samsung Canada support is terrible. Just look at how useless they are on this forum.

I feel the same way. This is the first time I haven't received a security update in over 2 months. The OneUI 6.1.1 update is currently being worked on, which is why it was halted. However, we can still receive the security update while we wait for the OneUI update to be ready.

Like seriously Samsung you have dropped the ball on this one. Let me know where I can send this junk back to. 3 plus months without and update? I say again drop 6.1.1 and give me security patches only. My contract is up very soon and I more likely to get an iPhone then I am to get an update. What happened to the monthly updates?
