If you talking about the Web Shell Malwares, it won't be on your phone. It is an attack to Web Server using Web Shell languages, like PHP, java...etc.

You can do the following:
1. Open Settings → Battery and device care → Device Protection
Scan Phone
2. You can download 3rd party apps, like malwarebytes to scan your phone.

I work in a carrier store, I've seen an app that is suppose to be for tracking parcel and ship parcel in Canada (Purolator) that was a virus, the app look like the real in the application, but was controlling the whole device, had all the permission, wasn't able to go in the app list to uninstall it the phone would do a back button by itself like it was possessed. The app was bigger than the original app and had the permission to control the device and managed it. That was creepy, if you are not shure if it's a problematic app, try uninstalling it. If you can't try put your phone on safe mode to delete it.

Good to know. If this happened to me, I would try using took a screenshot, then check the screenshot filename if it gives me hints from which apps running the program.
Worst case scenario, I will full backup my phone and factory reset. Start everything from fresh, just restore data only, no apps restore.
