Hi. I'm unable to tap on the "Hide apps on Home and Apps screens" feature. Seems to deactivated. Can anyone help to resolve it?

Thank you.

Mine works just fine. Are you using default UI5.0 or different skin?

I never had this issue.

Try one of these methods.

1. Make sure you've updated to the latest software update.

2. Restart your device

3. Clear cache for One UI Home

Go to settings > Apps > Search "One UI Home" > Storage > Clear cache

4. Clear the data for One UI Home (This will reset the icons arrangement of your apps screen to default)

Go to settings > Apps > Search "One UI Home" > Storage > Clear data

I tried the first 3 still remained the same but the last one, clearing the data, resolved the issue. But my current app arrangement gone. Anyway thank you so much for the help. Was scratching my head over this problem. Cheers ☺️☺️☺️
