How do I stop apps from controlling wifi from factory settings and connecting with other devices

The apps installed on your phone do not control wi-fi. Wi-Fi is the signal that comes from the modem(s) that are connected to your home service provider. I have a modem that sends a signal to my TELUS Optik TV using cables and a wireless connection to my S21 Ultra smartphone
