Pic 2 was taken on my S20 phone, I wasn't taking the pics. The colour is off on photos that were taken on my phone. Don't know if the person hit a different mode or not, but is there any way of restoring it back to the actual colour is supposed to be which is blue?
Go into the gallery and try editing the photos. Try messing with the filters. It looks as though the person that took the picture took it with a filter.
