The standard refresh rate is more than enough for most users and won’t have any noticeable difference in the experience between the two.
Here’s how to change the refresh rate:
Open Settings
Tap on Display
Tap on Motion smoothness
Choose Standard refresh rate and click Apply to confirm the change
