Hi Aditya0223,

We are sorry to hear this issue from you. The issue you're facing with your Galaxy S23 Ultra not connecting to a 5G network in Canada (on Rogers) is likely due to regional differences in 5G band compatibility.

Yes, as said by RedDogRabbit some Canadian carriers, including Rogers, may limit certain features (like 5G access, VoLTE, or Wi-Fi calling) for devices not purchased directly from them or not certified for their network.

Please verify SIM and Carrier Settings. Ensure your Rogers SIM card is provisioned for 5G: Call Rogers customer support and confirm that 5G is enabled for your plan.

Thank you.

Bro I am facing the same issue with Bell. I think this device doesn't support some 5g bands in CA, that's why we r facing this issue. By the way, do you use samsung wallet? If yes then could you please tell me, how did you add you debit card in the wallet?
