Hi, I hope you are doing well, I am observing an issue with my phone that I can make calls but can't receive any call on this phone. I've tried every possible method available on the internet. The issue was only resolved by factory reset but after 4 days of reset, it is having the same issue. Please help me in this matter. Thanks.
While it could be a phone issue, it could also be a sim card issue. Try getting a new sim card to replace your current one. At least rule out the sim card first (easy fix).
hi i too can not make calls or recieve calls however i can get messenger or viper texts , something to do with 3g and 4g conectivity as my phone service provider said to update ?? but volte is not showing on my phone model galaxy 6s edge sm-g9251 . any tips or advice would be awesome as i dont want to change mobile fone at this point. its been a great fone and easy to navigate : )
Hmmm didn't think the S6 edge had 4g capability. And the 3g network is being phased out over the next year. So that's probably why you provider is saying to update meaning the phone not the software. Masers Message's are probably still coming through for a while at least.
