I can't download one ui 5.0.

As the title says. I cannot download one ui 5.0. It just says my phone is not able to update and idk why. Does anyone have a solution to this? Perhaps you have experienced the same matter?

Probably cause it's not available yet or you have a custom rom

Custom Rom is not possible, if their device is an SM-G988W / SM-G998U(U1)

No, one ui 5.0 is out for mine. It's just that just as the download would finish it would just send me an error message.

Did you get a chance to take a screen shot of the error message?

You can try going to Settings > Apps Toggle On "Show System Apps" Middle Right click OK & Search for Software Update.

There should be 2.

Click on them one at a time & Scroll down to Storage & Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the Software Update apps & Reboot.

Try to update your device again.

What is the model number of your S21? ie-SM-G998x? 

Is your device showing that the One UI V5.0 Update is Available, but it just fails to download the update?

Thats correct. I have the update available. Just as the download is ending it would just cancel out and an error message would show up.
