I just switched phones

Hi..hopefully someone reading this can suggest a solution to my problem.

I just upgraded from a Samsung S21 Ultra to the Samsung S 23 Ultra and also switched from Telus to Bell (no problems with Telus at all...been with them 12 years but Bell saved me $1200 / year with a bundle plan.

My problem is that I dont know how to migrate my member name/badges and all my images.

My member name is Vicintoronto and it does exist when I searched for it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you using the same username for Vicintoronto account?

You should be able to just login to Samsung using the exact same account as on your previous device. Same email & same password. If you don't remember the password, you should be able to use "Forgot my password".

If you setup a new account, then you would lose everything associated with your previous account. So don't do that.
