I've lost sound numerous times now. And then restarted the phone and my sound came back. Worked fine after that. I just restarted and there was no sound again. Which is a first. :(. Is there anything I can do?
I was facing the same problem 😑 later found out that it was due to my internet connection that the sound was being distorted.
In your case, the first that you want to do is, check whether there's a problem due to the network issues or not. Then test the sound with other applications to make sure that a hardware issue is not causing the error. If that is a hardware issue, I would go to a nearby Samsung store to get it fixed.
Otherwise, I would test out various settings such as leveling up the volume, ie making sure that I am not accidentally muting the device while playing. We shake our phone so much during gameplay that it is possible that we are pressing the mute keys accidentally.
