My s23 ultra camera lenses, both front and back, are filled with moist. I think its from our water activity yesterday, but Im sure this phone should handle splashes right? What should i do? I went to customer support chat but they just told me to bring the phone to the service center. I dont know the process and I dont want to pay more for something this phone should be doing especially for its price! Idk where did the water proofing go?

Moisture doesn't automatically mean the IP rating of your phone failed. But it can be an indicator. Bring it to a service center for diagnosis and proper handling.

I forgot to update here but the extreme and persistent moist onky lasted for 7 days. That included not using the phone and putting it inside a airtight container with A LOT of silica gels inside. I also tried the rice method for 2 days. At the last day, most desperate day, i place the container with silica gels, and the phone inside it, under the sun and left it for 2 hrs. The phone went too hot but still the moist persisted after temp change. The last thing i did was plainly putting it outside and miraculously after 2 hours the moist went away
