I ordered this phone from ebay but it was unlocked from at&t

Can you send what csc it's running. You can find it in settings then software information and it will be there by service provider

The update not out for your phone as yet I just check and its still os 14 and as you can see the last update you had was January

I change my csc on my s24 ultra so I could get the update and thats how I get it
