Galaxy SHi Tlew,
The issue with your incoming emails appearing very light might be related to the theme or font settings of your email app or the specific email format being used by the senders.
To fix light incoming emails, enable Dark Mode in your email app settings or phone's display settings. Adjust Font Style or enable High Contrast Text in the app or Accessibility settings.
Check Font and Background Contrast. In your email app settings: Navigate to Font Style or Font Size options. Increase the font size or choose a darker font style if available.
Adjust Accessibility Settings: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Visibility enhancements.
Enable options like: High contrast fonts, High contrast mode Increase screen contrast.
Sometimes, light formatting might result from how emails are synced. Go to Settings in your email app and ensure sync is set to download full emails
If the issue persists, reset your email app's settings: Reset your email app's settings: Go to Settings > Apps > [Your Email App]. Tap Storage > Clear Cache (and Clear Data if necessary). Reconfigure your email account.
Thank you.

Galaxy SThanx for your suggestions. However, I tried everything to the best of my ability (which isn't very good at all) ... and nothing worked.
I guess I'll just learn to live with the light emails.
Thanx again for trying.
