Incomplete Battery stats

The battery stat info doesn't add up. It seems incomplete. The total battery used according to Device Manager equals to 41%. The device was fully charged 8h ago. It's now at 17%. 100-17=83%. More than half of the battery usage is not shown. It's always that way. This should be fixed please. Along with the race condition that persists since the Oreo update that causes the display to stop working randomly, the 24-hour display bug in FR-CA and many other bugs.

Please Samsung Canada. Bugs like this are being fixed in European S7 models, but are yet to be fixed in ours.

I had to get rid of my s7 since the battery was pushing that back casing of the phone apart.

That's a swollen battery and has nothing to do with this.
