Individual ringtones

I just got a new Samsung S20 FE and tried to customize ringtones for some of my contacts.  I clicked on individual contacts, then edit, then View More but the individual contacts don't have a Ringtones tab.

Any ideas why, or how I can get it?

Ah...change permission to allow access for Files and media. It should not set to deny.

I downloaded zedge it's has cool pictures , notifications, n amazing ring tunes check it out . Better then normal Samsung tones
