Competitive disadvantage: In a fast-moving market, being slow with updates can put Samsung at a disadvantage compared to manufacturers who offer quicker updates.
I have had the S20 Ultra, S21 Ultra, S22 Ultra, S23 Ultra and now have an 8 month old S24 Ultra these delays in one Ui7 and Android 15 are ridiculous.... If your a customer who always purchaes a flagship product you expect to be treated better. Samsung needs to get their *** together and release the new versions or at the very least let Canadian customers access the Beta
