Note that all cells sold in Canada since 2016 are unlocked. Also, I posted on this site about a month ago to stop pre-ordering from manufacturer and wait to get in retail stores or carrier outlet, and sometimes their offers are better.

It was hard to get through Best Buy. Most were through carriers and the unlocked ones sold fast. I had to keep a hawk’s eye on but i did manage to snag one! No more from Samsung directly! Deal was the same with the watch classic which i did no need so just the phone. Thank you :)

There are different prices for carrier phones hence why I said un locked or carrier... but never mind

No I just received the email today and started my refund on Friday but I haven't heard anything from Samsung ref my refund

You should get a cancellation email by Tuesday. But make sure to follow up tomorrow or i am sure they will sit on that too!

If only you could cancel, and get a refund as quickly as Samsung takes your money, knowing that they don't have a device to send you...

I've said it before, but Samsung should not be processing any payment, until the device is actually being shipped!
