Is it safe to delete the All Apps application from my Galaxy S24?

The all All Apps application displays 'all applications' in various folders.  However, it also shows all kinds of additonal apps that it suggests to be installed.  I am not able to remove the suggestions.  Additionally, more of these bloatware items keep appearing.  I simply want to uninstall the "All Apps" app from my phone.

Is it safe to do so?

Thanks for your response.  I found out that this is third party bloatware and uninstalled it.  Issue is solved
