Can you open the file? It's not normal. I think it's a virus. I don't have those. Try deleting them.

Maybe an app created that, 🤔 you need to check the app your using , delete it and try using an app if it comes back

It might be a virus, or bloatware. Try deleting them. If they come back, it could be a virus. Check for viruses using the built-in antivirus in Settings > Battery and device care > Device protection, or use third party antivirus apps like Malwarebytes or McAfee.
