anyone see this error when installing apps from the Samsung application?

seems to effect all the listed apps available for update. Happens on wifi or cellular.

On Bell network. S8 running Oreo.62b369f0-ed59-46b8-b895-ad25da9f69a6.jpg

Try clearing Cache and Data for Galaxy Apps

I have tried to clear the cache and data on the Samsung app (Galaxy Apps) as well as the individual Samsung apps that want an update. also tried the phone settings cache. all bring same result when installing the update...

Have you disabled any Samsung apps?

I do not believe so. I'll keep investigating. was just thinking someone may have come across it.

@robcyk Double check heck to see if you have disabled any Samsung apps...that COULD cause a problem - If you're sure that you haven't - I hate to say it - But if there's nothing you can find that's interfering with Samsung app updates - I'd Backup your apps etc using Smart Switch and then Factory Reset....At least that's what I would do 😉🐧
