jalan setaun udah klaim garansi apa aja?

Kalo gw ganti screen karena burn-in after 11 months use, battery, dan untuk aksesoris nya headset AKG (S8+) after 5 months use.
Si orang Samsung service centre nginfoin gw kalo klaim screen itu otomatis juga ganti battery baru. Kalo case gw, bezel nya gw liat juga diganti baru. So basically my phone becomes brand new in appearance karena gw ati2 bener pakenya selama ini as well. Thank Samsung and the technicians for the good work🙏. But for the customer service in where I submitted the claim, thanks but also fvck you for your wild assumption toward me. CS gak sopan untuk sekelas Samsung.
Headset AKG rusaknya sebelah kiri gak bunyi, penggunaan emang kadang ketarik2 misal pas masuk kolong kasur gw tarik, atau kalo kabelnya belibet gw paksa tarik. But guess what, gw ada headset warna putih peninggalan note 8 taon 2013, masih berfungsi bagus meski warna udah mbulak banget kayak warna kencing, dan ketarik2 juga.
But as long as you have your argument, probably it'll be eligible for claim. Karena pihak Samsung pun melakukan pemeriksaan apakah unit benar2 memerlukan penggantian spareparts or anything.
So kalo agan2 apa aja yang diklaim pas masih garansi? Ada yg pernah klaim screen juga? Kerusakan2 apa aja yang terjadi sama handphone agan selama masih dalam masa garansi?

s8 pemakaian 10 bulan : ganti mesin, krn sensor mati total krn cacat pabrik.

emang harus ber argumen kok kalo di SSC. krn ga semua user itu gaptek masalah teknologi dan cara pemakaiannya. kalau kita komplain biasanya mereka muter balikin jadi kita yang salah krn pemakaian kita.
itu harus di perbaiki sih sama Samsung, harusnya sih mereka bisa profesional wkwkw

ternyata ada juga yg ngalamin kejadian ga enak di SSC wkwkwkw 😅

iya betul, biasanya dicek sama nota pembelian, acuannya tanggal pembelian kalo case aku. Btw pas itu belinya unitnya bukan di SES. Kalo unit agan ada kerusakan kah pas masih masa garansi?

But I hope all turned well kan?

Making very business out of their very customers itu sangat gak etis loh. Ya, we got it your intention Samsung, paling enak emang andai kalo semua customer goblok, gak ngerti hak nya atas unit yang dimiliki, little knowledge about it, so semua warranty customer bisa diuncheck semua dari liability loe. Dan loe bisa jual spareparts loe dan gak ngakuin cacat2 pabrik produk loe.
Yeah, but customers know. So I hope Samsung will give all the appreciations toward their customers as best as they could.

For Samsung, sorry for my wild assumption. But your side gave me that first. But anyway, thankyou because you fixed my phone and handed it back to me in a good condition, I appreciate that.

untuk saat ini alhamdullilah blm ke ssc lagi selain pembelian aksesoris aja . Tapi saya pernah pada device sebelumnya terkait perbaikan teknis wifi dan works ! great job SSC, ga terlalu lama menunggu tinggal bentar dan works like a new phone . 🎉 itu posisinya garansi abis dan biaya tak semahal yg saya kira apalagi masih garansi pasti gajauh beda pelayanannya. 😁

ga semua ssc kurang baik pelayanannya . Jujur saya merasa cukup puas

yeah the good thing about SSC according to me, mereka gak argumen pertama kita dateng mau servis unit, which saves time. Dan they did the great job fixing my phone, kudos to that.
But aside from claiming warranty, kalo agan beli spareparts atau unit ya mereka welcome with open hands ofc, common sense.
BUT, kalo customer claim WARRANTY, ya jangan giving the side eye meskipun bagi Samsung itu LIABILITY, mestinya ETHIC tetep dijaga, jangan beda2 perlakuannya. Meskipun they did the great job in terms of fixing my unit, tapi they sempat inflicted some fears and insecurity to me of my unit's wellness in their responsibility. Not a good thing for your customer's psyche, kinda taints all the good job they do. Btw I can say that because saya pernah ganti PCB AC juga, and I bought it cuz it's already past the warranty (lampiran).

Oh ya terkait servis AC (lampiran), this is a separated issue sih but I have to tell you karena it's already in anyway. Kalo beli unit AC Samsung yang model nya anggun lancip2 itu, you know yang gak kotak lah, in my case, sekali air nya keluar ke unit indoor nya (most cases karena ke block debu di saluran buang air embunnya, which is very common and won't damage your unit under most brands and situations), langsung kena PCB dan display (tertera di lampiran) dan korslet dan kudu ganti baru PCB nya. So don't get too laid back with your unit if you have one, kudu strict banget to the guide. Kalo di guide nya disuruh call for cleaning and checkup every what numbers, do that.

Tapi perlu mencoba brand so you have insight when it comes to choosing the best value for money. Now my standard have been up and I know which product is worth buying for any quality and so on.

And I really appreciate Samsung to provide such a platform for sharing. It's the excellent quality of Samsung service, showing their fairness.
