I'm having the same issue, apps closing automatically, facebook lagging a lot, and interface seems to be lagging too, I've already tried the troubleshooting process and small improvement, but some apps still lagging I can't believe that we're having these kind of issues with a device that cost that amount of money. . Make no sense .
My keys cafe is not changing my keyboard. Moving my apps from my home screen 5or6 at a time to another home screen not working. Also my full pull down quick apps is pulling down from the left side instead of the right side. And there are many more things. Hopefully they will fix these issues.
Please try go to recovery mode and do a wipe cache partition.
- Power off your phone - Press and hold vol up and power key until you are in recovery mode - use vol up and down to navigate - select Wipe Cache Partition - press power key to confirm - click yes - click reboot system
Hi I followed Tallman's suggestion, It helped to a point. But still hasn't fixed keys cafe, not getting the keyboard that I want, so let's hope the next security patch will fix these issues. Thanks.
Before any major software update, I do a full backup. Then install the update and do a full reset to remove any leftover traces from the old software. Then restore only my apps.
