Just received my s23 ultra and I have the bubble how do I exchange now ?

Hi,

Seriously it's really a pain in the a.. to have service from Samsung. I just received my s23 ultra and I have the famous bubble bottom right corner ... Now I want to exchange it for a new one and Samsung is telling me that's not a defect so they don't want to exchange it ?! Sorry but a paid a premium price for a zero cosmetic defect phone! So what the hell is going on here .. I never had a bad experience with store or company like google or apple .. but Samsung ..c'mon do better!

Samsung UK commented on this a little bit ago. Most, if not all S23U units will have this to a varying degree because of the waterproofing process. It's not a defect. When looking at my S22U at certain angles in bright light there is the exact same "bubble" that S23U owners are noticing.

And if its not at a certain angle under a bright light, you can't see it meaning you really have to look for it. I didn't see anyone complaining about this on their S22U's..
