Galaxy S
Hey so I was coming up in the end of my saving return agreement with Rogers with my size 23 Ultra and end up switching to Bell because Rogers two options of either keeping the device or upgrading we're going to cost me an arm and a leg. Bell got me upgraded over the phone for zero money down of course the same type of program...Device Return Option.
Of course, as bad timing goes , I was at work with my s23 ultra, my previous device and then all of a sudden my s23 ultra wasn't recognizing the SIM card and no matter what I did I couldn't get it to work. I also noticed the phone was getting very hot as I previously had plugged it into my power bank earlier. Eventually died so then I couldn't even charge it because it wasn't recognizing charger either. So I was freaking out and panicking a bit because I needed a device before this new one came, which I didn't expect to happen until this mid next week. On my way home, I went into the mall and first find out that it was the board that holds the charging port and Central crapped out and it's going to be 75 to $80 fix. I tried to go into the Bell store to have them set me up with the device there and then cancel my other order that I placed over the phone. But because they saw that I already had an order placed and it was now shipping they said they couldn't prove a new order or cancel the other one. So I went ahead and paid a guy in the repair place in the mall to fix that piece or replace it. And my S25 Ultra just came today. I think I will definitely get the Phone care insurance through them as I didnt do thst through Rogers.

Galaxy SHi AmeriCanuck,
Thanks for sharing your experience, and congrats on your new Galaxy S25 Ultra! Sounds like you had quite the journey with the S23 Ultra and the carrier switch glad you got it sorted in the end.
Good call on considering device protection this time around it definitely adds peace of mind.
Enjoy your new device, and feel free to reach out if you need any help!
