ks.sr0 in my download folder

I noticed a file named"ks.sr0" in my Samsung Downloads folder, and it seems to update every time I unlock my phone. It doesn’t create multiple files but instead updates the existing one. I’ve tried deleting it several times, but it reappears after I unlock my phone. It’s not a hidden system file either.

Can I know if any of you also have this file in your Samsung folder? Is it safe, or has my phone been compromised? I tried searching on Google and ChatGPT but couldn’t find any answers.
