I just finished updating my phone this morning and what the hell is with the downgrade.

I had full-screen gestures always on and after the update I had to turn it back on and now, the full-screen gestures no longer exists. I do the swip to goto opened apps and yet it always closes everything.
The only way to get the app open again is to re-find it and launch again. I basically might as well have a iphone.

@samsung fix your ***, all you got going now is the camera and that's IF it actually works.

I don't need "answers" from people I NEED samsung to fix their ***.

Samsung can't "fix" a user that doesn't know how to use their phone.

Yes, they have moved some things and yes, it can be frustrating for some.

But it still works and there is just a tiny work around that needs to be done.

But yeah, don't buy samsung again for that 🙄😂

Hi, we sincerely apologize and we kindly request you to send us an error report using Samsung members application.

Open the Samsung Members app, and then tap the + key at the bottom right > Tap Error reports > A message will populate for you to choose Always to send the system log data or Just this time. We recommend being connected to Wi-Fi network depending on your mobile network plan > You will be able to choose from Category on what issue your device might be experiencing among the list > Please enter issue details or attach a video or screenshot to make easier to understand. Then press Send icons to complete report.

See my post here for Navigation Gestures:

https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s/many-problems-after-the-update/td-p/26330209?src=ShareB...

Sending an error report is a waste of time, as it's not an error. It's a change in how you set up Navigation Gestures.

There's no video, but some beautiful screen shots.
