Hello everyone would like to ask for some S series users who had experienced the lcd white screen and any recommendations for 3rd party fixers that offer a much cheaper but still good service lcd replacement considering Samsung Service Center estimates 13-14k pesos for LCD replacement (for that price you can buy a decent smartphone) I'm really frustrated atm considering my s22 ultra is less than 2 years of use without dropping it and its weird that it immediately appeared while using it. 🥲 Makes me wonder if it's time to try a new brand of smartphone.

I have experience this before, not just once but twice one with green screen and the other one doesnt start up. Im very frustrated, i need to go with the samsung service center after a several months but know i have 2 green lines on the screen. I will switch with other brands . Samsung give me doubts on the quality of their products.

Hi CookieM23,

Sorry to hear about this. I would advise not going to third-party repair services as they may not be using authentic Samsung Galaxy parts - and to be honest, the costs would mostly even out between labor and parts costs. If you use a Samsung Service Center for repairs, you're sure to get genuine Samsung parts, and our Eco-Conscious Repair service ensures that only damaged components are repaired, and costs are kept as low as possible.

You can book an appointment directly from your Samsung Members app. Thank you!
