So since the day of unpacked, and that is when I did my S23ultra pre order, it has been in processing. Not sure if it is customizing or in the container in Vietnam!

Out of curiosity, I reached out to Samsung chat support today:
And I thought last year was a fiasco!
This is only going to get better!

Response from 2 agents:

"You have chosen an online exclusive color that requires special production. We request you to allow us 4 to 5 weeks to complete the process and deliver the device. We promised that the color would look marvelous and worth the wait."

And the rest is going to be history, once again lol

Lol read Samsung response...exclusive and I know the answer. But that wasn't my question to them! Certainly not "promised"

I'd be more scared, of the use of the word "marvelous" (Think Billy Crystal)

Who uses "marvelous" in the CSR world, I mean who other than, English as a second language people...
