Hi, been using my S23 Ultra for less than a month and it's been superb except the battery.

Been reading other user reviews about 1-2 days battery life and some are getting 8-10 SOT even with maximum settings.

How do they do it?

I'm only getting 6-7 SOT with minimum settings: 60hz, FHD, 4G only outside, most of the times I'm connected to wifi, battery saver in, etc.,

I'm also read some are getting the same issue as mine.

Anyone experiencing the same? Bought this from Cebu, Philippines.

Different users, different ways of how they are using their devices. Hence, different results. If you're too concerned about it even after limiting yourself to what your device can offer, I recommend you visit the nearest service center so they can thoroughly check if there's really something wrong with your device. Otherwise, i suggest to not be too bothered about it and just enjoy your device. Use it as a tool to elevate your daily life instead of being too consumed by it.

Aside from what our other community member mentioned, it's also possible that the device is still learning your usage pattern since it's been less than a month. I usually give around 2 to 4 weeks for a new device for it to learn the owner's usage and be optimized.

Have you tried checking your device battery by using the Diagnosis feature here in the Members app? Have you also tried checking any apps that may be factors in your battery concerns? Have you also tried clearing your cache? As mentioned above since we have smartphones, it will learn to adapt in our daily usage. Other than those, you can also have your phone checked in our service centers. There are a lot of ways to check and prevent any issues with our device if we just know how to.
