Linking phone to TV

Every time I try to link my S20 to my Samsung TV, it always wants a TV Link Code. And when I try to connect via Bluetooth, it's only through audio.

I want to connect the phone to TV at anytime but it always wants a Link.Code.

What am I doing wrong?

I apologize with my wording. Let me correct myself.
It's usually YouTube that I'm unable to Cast from phone to TV unless I have a Link Code.
