Lock screen music controls

After updating to android 12 my Spotify music controls are no longer showing on my S21+. The info isn't showing in the AOD either. I've tried turning the notifications off and back on and no fix. Any help?

Hey Hollywood9103, not sure if you found a fix because i find this "upgrade" really annoying and counter productive and tried every possible settings without any luck...

I found this tip in the community and it works....

Launch your Settings > Apps

Tap on 3 dots

Select Reset app preferences

Tap on Reset to complete an action.
