I am locked out of my Ultra 21 after it upgraded and restarted over the night! My usual swipe pattern did not work and all my precious photos are inside. Went to Westgate service centre and they told me they can only do a factory reset.
Why should I be penalised to lose my photos when it is NOT MY FAULT to be locked out of the handphone after upgrade? And Samsung removed it "unlock" feature from the "Find my Phone" now known as Smart Things.
I have evidence to prove that this is my mobile phone but yet no way to unlock it. What a joke!
I am waiting for Samsung to provide me a solution or at least bring back the "Unlock" function on Smart Things.
