Lockscreen quick center

Is there a way to disable control of quick center/panle from lockscreen, particularly the sound control. I don't want to allow access from lockscreen to mute or silent phone sound.

Go to Settings > Lock Screen & Toggle Off the Widgets you don't want Displayed.

You can also Remove any App Shortcuts that you don't want Displayed.
